欣賞 Appreciation

		《連年有餘》 由蓮花和魚組成的吉祥圖案，借蓮與連，魚與餘諧音，故稱作連年有餘。 表示對生活優裕、財富年年富餘的願望和祝願。		Lian Nian You YuThe design is based on lotus and fish, it implies a good wish of a happy and wealthy life. Lotus: (lian) continuous. Fish: (yu) enough to spare. In English it can be said: every year you have enough to spare.
		《劉海戲金蟾》 在中國歷史上，確有劉海其人。他本名劉操，字宗成，生於五代時期。五十多歲時為燕帝之宰相。有一天，府門外來了一位道士。道士向劉操借用一枚金錢，十顆雞蛋，然後把雞蛋一個接一個地豎立於金錢上，蛋串搖搖欲墜。劉操驚恐地說：「危險啊！」道士說：「你手握重權，身居高位，早已到了危若壘卵的境地！」		劉操深深被頓悟後，棄官而去，到華山與道士陳摶一起修煉。陳摶賜劉操道號「海蟾子」，而那位壘卵人就是仙人漢鐘離。 在眾多傳說中，以《劉海撒金錢》的傳說流傳最廣，繼而有《劉海戲金蟾》等。民間有歌謠：劉海釣金蟾，滿地灑金錢。金錢灑在寶府內，富貴榮華萬萬年。故雕件常以《劉海戲金蟾》  為題材，寓意「財源滾滾來」。
		《佛手》 佛手是一種果實，形似手掌。因「佛手」與「福壽」諧音，故常作為福壽的象徵。 佛手也是佛的象徵之一，佛能給人間帶來幸福，使人吉祥如意。		Buddha's Hand Its scientific name is fingered citron, an evergreen shrub. "Fu" and "happiness" sound alike in Chinese. So this pattern is often used to express happiness.
		《法螺》 法螺是佛教傳說中的八種寶物的其一，人們視八種象徵吉祥器物為吉祥之兆。 法螺：表示佛音吉祥，被比作運氣的象徵。		Conch Shell The Eight Treasures of Buddhism consist of eight articles which can bring good fortunes to the people. Among them, conch shell is believed to produce a beautiful sounds like Buddha's speaking, and it also can bring good fortune.
